The hotel had a convenient location close to the airport, with a lovely and relaxing atmosphere in a pretty lobby. The rooms were dated and in need of cleaning and updating, with noticeable cigarette smoke smell. The service was prompt but overly persistent on the day of checkout. The dining experience was good but had issues with air conditioning. Overall, the stay was satisfactory but could use improvements in room conditions and service etiquette.

The outdoor area was beautiful with plenty of relaxation spots. The location was convenient for travelers, though the area was littered from the previous night. The dining experience left much to be desired due to excessive pricing, but one positive note was the complimentary breakfast offered after a front desk mix-up. Overall, the facilities were less than desirable.
